Export orders must be sent by email only to obtain export pricing and
freight costs. If you have any special requirements please email
email@example.com with full details of your order, listing the
quantity of each item, the Product part number, colour and size
required if applicable. You will receive a quote by return.

our catalogue, or a leaflet, or our website) and are specially ordered
for you, JustCatering.Com will only accept return of the goods if they
are defective and returned within 2 days of delivery by you. It is your
responsibility to ensure you have insurance cover for you export order.
We will not accept liability for damage to goods during export delivery.
Goods that are built to order can not be returned or refunded. If a
customer refuses to take delivery of goods that have been built to
order and paid for in advance then the goods will be returned to the
factory for a maximum of 2 weeks after which they will be disposed of
unless the customer makes arrangements for them to be redelivered at
their own cost.
