an absolute necessity and the Lec range of catering fridges and
freezers have been designed specifically with that in mind. All of the
refrigerators and freezers meet the temperature requirements of food
hygiene regulations and come with an external temperature display as
standard. Cabinets are available in a choice of sizes and finishes to
suit all your kitchen requirements.
Environmentally friendly
The new Lec Commercial range of refrigerators and freezers use
an efficient cooling system to reduce energy costs and are HFC-free
making them more environmentally friendly.
Temperature control
Our range of refrigerators maintain working temperatures of
+1°C
to +5°C with the freezers maintaining -18°C to
-25°C. The external temperature display ensures that the door
isn’t opened to check on the temperature, keeping temperature
fluctuations down to a minimum. The temperature alarm also alerts the
user if the temperature goes beyond the set range.
Security
Locks are included as standard on all Lec Commercial products
to ensure that both food and drink are locked away safely and securely.
