Available in three different gas models, the 1800GFAST is designed for maximum energy efficiency, and increased productivity, as the food is cooked in less time. The Broaster also produces a better tasting product, as it seals in all the natural juices and flavours. The built in filter system, and user friendly operation saves labour, and aids trouble free maintenance and clean up. The 1800 has a food capacity of 6.2Kg (36 chicken pieces approx). This models comes with the unique Fastron controller which allows multi stage time & temperature cooking cycles to be pre-programmed enabling total flexibility to achieve perfect results, every time.
